Best Driver Training

The brief

Best Group are an umbrella company responsible for Best Driver Training and Driving School Office. Best Driver Training are a well established driving school based in Barnstaple for over 25 years. School owner Alan Best began using IT products many years ago which lead to the development of Driving School Office, an online SAAS designed to help both instructors and schools manage lesson bookings.

With plans to expand, Best approached NDD with a plan to create a new corporate identity for Best Group and a rebranding for Best Driver Training and Driving School Office.

The solution

At first we focused on a new corporate identity for Best Group, but as circumstances changed, the focus shifted to Driving School Office where we assisted in the UX side of the software and created a new product focused website.

The priority then was to rebrand Best Driver Training. As an established and recognised brand we could not jump too far from the existing identity, so instead brought it up to date with a refreshed logo design using the same colours but more contemporary typefaces.

Once rebranded, the branding styles were applied to business cards, marketing material, clothing vehicle livery and roof boxes.
