Being located in an area that receives a high number of tourists, the majority of our local work is based around the tourism industry. We have created brand identities, brochures and websites for hotels, holiday parks, camp sites, guest houses, B&B’s and holiday home lets.
We have built so many bespoke websites for hoteliers and holiday letting agencies that we are now in a position to offer a very special set package deal.
The holiday letting website
We offer a ‘white-label’ holiday property website. This is a ready-to-go, out of the box solution that simply requires, your logo and colours and your property information adding to get up and running.
There is a little more to it than that, but we handle the setting up and configuration, you just add your property pictures, property details and prices. The system is based around the successful Air BnB website.
Control Panel
The control panel is where the site administrator can login to administer their properties. You can add properties, enter property details, upload photos and videos, set base prices and custom prices for specific dates and manage the availability calendar.
Being based around the successful Air BnB website. It can handle an unlimited number of properties, or just one. If used like Air BnB, then each of the property owners will have their own control panel. If the site is used by a letting agency, then their admin will have access to all properties via the control panel.
Availability calendar
At the heart of the system is the availability calendar. Dates can be added manually by an admin, added automatically when an online booking takes place, or dates can be imported from Air BnB in order to keep your site and your Air BnB properties synchronised. That’s a handy tool!
Visitors to the site can search for properties by specific date or browse the calendar to find availability.
If you are running a site with multiple properties, the system will return all properties with the available search dates, enabling the visitor to choose to view any of those properties in detail.
Prices
Each property has a base price, based on a per-night basis. A weekend rate can be set too. High season dates can be customised over a set period, or even per day. When the visitor enters their start and end date, the system grabs the dates and calculates the cost.
Additional charges can be added for pets, or a cleaner or pool hire, whatever you choose and these costs will also be calculated to give the visitor the total.
If the visitor chooses to change a date, or change an option, the final total cost will change, instantly, giving them an updated total. At that point they can either make a preliminary booking, where no charge is made, or they can make an ‘Instant Booking’ where the deposit is paid instantly via credit card. The system will then email them a reminder to pay the balance on a date, specified by you, before the holiday commences.
A record of all bookings, payments, and auto-generated invoices are stored in the system.
The system also provides a messaging service, enabling you to communicate with the booker, via email, where all correspondence is recorded.
Properties
Properties can be entered into the system by an admin, for letting agents, or can be entered into the system by the holiday home owners themselves, just like Air BnB. Here you can add property details, photos, videos and features of the property.
The property page also features an interactive map of the property location, an availability calendar and customer reviews (Should you choose to have them).
Featured properties can be singled out to appear on the home page. The visitor can save properties in their ‘wish list’ for viewing at a later date, or share them through social media.
