Adobe PDF

PDF stands for 'Portable Document Format' which is a good description for a document that can handle text, images, animations, video and sounds.

Many businesses offer PDF documents for download from their Web site in place of printed material that they would normally post out to customers and clients.

Material such as advertising leaflets, brochures, information packs, catalogues etc can all be made into PDF documents and be made available to download from your Web site.

PDF documents are searchable which makes them ideal for large catalogues with many items in.

Most leading Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari all have the ability to view PDF documents, or a user can download the 'Adobe Reader' software for FREE from Adobe.com which means that your customer will always be able to view your PDF document.
